What happens on the call

  1. You share a littleTell me what you are carrying, as much or as little as you want. You don’t need to tell your whole story.
  2. I share how I workI’ll explain what sessions look like and answer your questions about cost, insurance, or meeting by video.
  3. We see if it’s a fitI’ll tell you honestly whether I have room and whether I’m the right person for you. If not, I’ll try to point you somewhere that is. There is no pressure to book.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.

Cost and insurance

Self-pay is $100 per session. Attune Center for Healing accepts several insurance plans. Ask about yours during your free consult. Superbills are available on request.

Weekend intensives

Intensives are a few longer sessions over a weekend, held in person in Redding. To ask about reserving one, email yvette@theancientwell.com or read more about trauma therapy intensives.
