Speaking Engagements
I love taking what happens in the therapy room and making it useful for a whole room of people at once. If your group, church, or workplace wants a talk that is honest, practical, and genuinely helpful, I’d love to hear about it.
I speak on trauma, longevity, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and recovery after narcissistic or controlling relationships, along with burnout and the realities of midlife. Every talk is shaped around your specific audience, not a one-size-fits-all script.

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated to be real. My goal in any room is to leave people with one true thing they can actually use.
What to expect when you book me
- Reach out with your event details: date, audience, and what you’re hoping the talk will cover.
- We’ll hop on a short call to talk through your goals and the shape of the room.
- I’ll build or adapt a talk specifically for your group, not a generic version.
- I show up prepared, on time, and ready to meet your audience where they are.
Questions people ask
Do you speak to faith communities?
Yes. I’m a Christian therapist, and I can speak in a way that’s faith-friendly without being preachy. I also respect that not everyone in the room shares the same faith background, and I can adjust that emphasis based on what your group wants.
Can you tailor the talk to our specific audience?
Yes, every talk is customized. We’ll talk through your audience and goals on a planning call before I build anything, so the content actually fits the room.
Do you offer virtual presentations?
Yes. I present by secure video as easily as in person, so distance isn’t a barrier to booking.
What is your speaking fee?
It depends on the length, format, and travel involved for your event. The best next step is a short call so I can give you an accurate number for what you have in mind.
How far in advance should we book?
A few weeks’ notice is ideal so there’s time to plan the talk together, but reach out even if your timeline is shorter. I’ll let you know honestly if it’s workable.
Have an event in mind?
Tell me a bit about your group and what you’re hoping to cover, and we’ll go from there. There’s no pressure to book after the first conversation.
This is education, not therapy. It’s not medical advice and doesn’t create a therapist-client relationship.
