Deep healing, without the weekly wait
Brainspotting and IFS-informed trauma therapy in a private, unhurried space. A few focused days set apart just for you.
In person at Attune Center for Healing in Redding, California
Therapy in focused days, not weekly hours
In regular therapy, you meet for about an hour a week. Just as you start to get into the deep stuff, the session ends and you head back into your busy life.
An intensive is different. You set aside 3, 4, or 5 days and spend about four hours each day doing trauma therapy one-on-one with your therapist. There is time to go deep, rest in between, and pick up right where you left off.
It is a good fit for people who feel stuck, who want to focus on healing without the stop and start of weekly sessions, or who are ready to give their healing some real, protected time.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a brain and body based approach to healing trauma. It uses where you look to help you find and process painful experiences that are stored in the body, often in ways talking alone can’t reach.
What is IFS?
IFS stands for Internal Family Systems. It is a way of working with the different “parts” of ourselves, like the part that keeps pushing, the part that worries, or the part that still hurts. Instead of fighting these parts, we get to know them with kindness and help the hurting ones heal.
A personalized path through trauma
Every intensive follows three gentle stages, supported by Brainspotting and IFS-informed therapy.
Intake & Personalized Plan
We begin by getting to know you: your goals, your story, the beliefs that weigh on you, and the strengths and resources that sustain you. Together we shape a treatment plan around what matters most to you.
Release & Heal
Working one-on-one with your therapist, you will use Brainspotting alongside IFS-informed work to process painful experiences, ease negative self-beliefs, and tend to wounded parts of yourself.
Expand & Integrate
Expansion Brainspotting helps you reconnect with parts of yourself that felt lost, strengthen positive beliefs, and grow toward the states you long for, such as peace, joy, clarity, and self-compassion.

How much therapy is included each day?
About four hours: two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, with a break for lunch in between. A 3-day intensive includes 12 hours of therapy, 4 days includes 16 hours, and 5 days includes 20 hours.

Yes. Nature immersion experiences, spa packages, and hotel stays can be added. Just ask when you reserve your dates.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Start with a free 15-minute consult. We will talk about what you are hoping for and help you choose the length and style that fits you best.
